Italian producer PIERJ’s latest single The Dark Sea of Awareness is out now and a great introduction to PIERJ’s sonic world and upcoming EP White Silicon. Meditating on “the curse of this generation” as the artist describes, indicating the uncertainty, loop of indecisiveness and ambiguity of future, PIERJ is inspired by Italian opera and theatre while he weaves emotive vocals with analog synths, guitar loops, syncopated beats and dark ambient pads, bringing his fresh take on organica.
